Makes great sense for the uni as it is a big and growing campus and given all the new housing estates along the corridor in and around Thawi Watthana district. If it only costs 1 billion baht then it will be well worth it.

Just a shame about the electrification and gauge issue!


Update on SRT site, http://www.railway.co.th/resultproje...ct_redline.asp, says that as of late June construction is 26.50% complete. Many pics to peruse.



The tender for the Rangsit line should finally be released in two weeks.
