Even worse thsoe PAD people said PAD leaders ebtter not goign outside Goverment House sicne PAD peole would not be able to protect PAD leaders at thsi time. This is a clear sign that PAD no longer accept the votes from rutal voters .. so other social groups have said NO to the New Political System advocatged by PAD. The very reason why PAD no longer acept One Man One VOte is due the failture of Politcal system under the political party systems alogn with the fact that people do not posess the similar level of knowledges or similar political viewpoints. In the eye of PAD or even Democrat, the rural voters haver very little knowledge, can NEVER think by themselves, can sell theri votes to those who givethe higest bidding - allowign hte party with silvere bullets to perpetuate the regime to rape and pillagge the nation. However, this kind of analysis have missed the important point. Even though candidates DID buy the votes but the voters will votes those who have REALLY good policies to please the rural voters in return for vote buying. More and more Rural voters loyal to the party which give them REALLY good policies or the PMs and Senators who DO bring the goodies after the elections. Generally, Vote buyings have been reduced ONLY after voters have become more affluance. Therfore, the Economic deveopment in the rural area to cut down the income gaps is the REAL factor to cut down the vote buying. Nevertheless, there are so many people who AGREE with PAD viewpoints on politicians due to the real experience with those politicians. NOBODY deny the existence of widenign income gaps and those poor DO accept the highest bids for their votes due to theri own rationality. Most of the candiddates are thsoe well to do businessmen or thsoe billionares who care more about get as much as revenue as possible to build the financial securities for theri families and theri associated. No wondere, people said Politicians are the least to be trusted (the most dishonest persons) - second only Police. This fact only reinfoce the viewpoint of distrusting politicians. PAD no longer trust PMs and elected Senators since those elected people are those thugs who love to rape and pillage the nation - no longer a voices of the people. This implied that Money Politics is the main problm of Thai political system. Howver, the target for spendings (or investing) by politicians have been changed from simply vote buying into the Financial Transactions between parties and the parties's candidates. More and more moeny went into purchasing the candidates to the party - while less and less have been spent for vote buyings. The lesson of Prachai Liawphairat is a case of this political transaction. This kind of high end political transactions have been evolved in early 1980's and have become fuilly develloped into Real Money Politics in early 1990's. There are 3 main types for high end political transactions. (1) Parties and the Heads of Political Factions -> 5-10-15 or 10-15-20 (Units of Million Baht per head) according to the potential and viability levels of the candidates. This include the payments from beocme a member, the campaigns and after elections. (2) Political Party Chairman paying for the loyal MPs or even Senators with political incliantions -> the case of Banharn is a good example for this kind of transactions. Payment will be the annual payment alogn with the payments to hte Senators. This payment account for at leatr 2 Billion Baht a year. However, Party Chairmen are pushgin thiws burdent to the heads of factions .. creating the internal disunity within the party until 2006 coup. (3) Ad Hoc payments for buying the votes from MPs and Senators -> but this kind of payment has beocme less and less significant since MPs and Ministers could find much better ways for raping and pillaging the Nation. These kinds of transactions have compelled th Chairmen and the head of factions to find the money for political investments. The case of Phuea Phaendin party is a case of this political investment - usign the moeny from the casino in Poipet as the way to invest on the party .. Even though this invesment has cause the Golden Horse to run away to hide at Poipet Casino, he is still workign on the cabinate allocation via phone calls ...so thsoe Ministers will be paid by casino money. Furthemore, the money form illegal loggings, the fuel without paying excise taxes for Cosmo Oil, the case of pusing ballots cards into ballot boxes in Samut Prakarn are the main sources for political invesment. Some even use PM, Minsters, MP or Senator status for lucrative deals with impunities as the way to enlarge their own spheres of influence. FUrthemore politicans have purchased thsoe police and Attoneys as the way to escape the Justices if they cannot buy the judges. Even worse, the political parties Never warn or even kick thsoe corrupot politicians out of the parties .. even worse so .. they even purchase thsoe intellectuals as the protectors of the corrupt systems. People have lost hope to protect the country form beign raped and pillages by those politicians who also keep nepotism and cronyism alive and well for further pillage of the Nation. To sum up in short message, the poltiical parties in Thailand are the organizations which have NO political spirits at all! The main cause of the current political crises The poltical parties in Thailand have picked up the candidate with approvals from oligarchy within the parties who also issue the party policies withotu listening to the members who disagree with them. Even worse, the annual party conventions are just hte ceremonies or an party Orgy to please the chairman of political parties and party memenrs are merely very small cogs for poltiical machines - can be replaced withotu notice.... the Oligarchy within the parties NEVER allow the general members to have ANY roles for definign the policies or even vote for the new Political Boards of Directors. Those who are handling the Consitution drafting along with the relating laws are ONLY looking for the election, the public scrutinies ... without paying attention on the Democracy Spirits within the parties which ar necessary ingredeints to preveent parties from beocmeing authoritarian within and to guarantee that political parties would not ABUSE their power after winnign the elections. Even rules and regulations within the parties have to be driafted and approved by the members of the parties instead of being apprived by thsoe Oligachy within the party. However this kind of reforms within the political parties would NEVERR please political chairmen along with oigarchy ... so they reject such reforms at the first place. Now, the Real political reforms we DO need is the internal reform within the parties and then political reform outside the political parties.
