Nice to see someone else is interested in the flags of the provinces as well. As I have been trying to find good images before I came across that site already, and even talked with the creator shortly. The site linked on the main page is not the actual source of these drawing, they were done by Mello Luchtenberg - see vexilla-mundi.com (http://www.vexilla-mundi.com/thailand.htm).

And there is a grain of salt with these images - he created them by extrapolating from low quality images at the Ministry of Interior (e.g. the PDFs here (http://www.moi.go.th/province.htm)), very similar to those at the FOTW website(s), and images of the seals at kanchanapisek.or.th (http://kanchanapisek.or.th/kp8/oncc/prov-thai.html). Thus his images are probably close to the real flags, but may have errors are differences in the details.

Did anyone ever see one of the flags in real? Thailand is plastered with flags, but only the National Flag, or the buddhist wheel or the sign of the King. But I have never seen any of these provincial flags anywhere outside the web. The provincial seals itself can be found, but never the flags.

Did anyone ever see one of the flags in real? No, they are never used. I suspect they don't even exist in the provincial offices, but are entirely hypothetical. Strange, strange.

Think this one is worth checking out for its pictorial history of Thai flags. In fact if you scroll down you will eventually even find a flag for the vassal state of Pattani:-
http://www.worldstatesmen.org/Thailand.html

In addition, a lot of factual info about the Kings of Thailand & its vassals.

And the Thai National Anthem: Phonetic, Thai Script & in English:-
Thailand embraces in its bosom all people of Thai blood.
Every inch of Thailand belongs to the Thais.
It has long maintained its sovereignty,
Because the Thais have always been united.
The Thai people are peace-loving,
But they are no cowards at war.
They shall allow no one to rob them of their independence,
Nor shall they suffer tyranny.
All Thais are ready to give up every drop of blood
For the nation's safety, freedom and progress.
