'Where are the good people?' - April 20, 2005
During Songkran banners went up on flyovers around town that read 'Where are the good people?' This was a tie-in to a government TV campaign to remind people not to give into excess.
If my memory serves me right, several years ago, there was a series of teasers aired on channel 3 and also came out as print ads. It turned out to be a teasing campaign for a Chinese TV series. The ad copies, something like "don't let bad people get away" and "bad people must get punished" were very very similar to the recent one "Where are the good people". And since it's read by Sumo Tu (an architech turns a comedian) for the TV campaign, not too many people expects anything serious out of this.
