If you have this atlas you may be a bit miffed that the Index is only in Thai. On the above site you will find one English Language Link which will allow you to download a categorised 51 Page A2Z English Language Index in PDF Format (with Thai script equivalents) which will replace the 30 Pager Thai Index in the Atlas itself. My only quibble is that the last page of 'useful phone numbers' remains in Thai:-
