It looks like you might be able to take yourself along to Phahonyothin and get Sat images on CD and other media; or even order your own up-to-date data if you are willing to pay about 500 US Dollars per image.

But don't expect high-res images for free. These images seem to be available on paper and also correspond to the 1:50,000 RTSD Series with identical sheet numbers. Click on the approx area of the Jungwat yo are interested in and you will find a zoom of clickable numbered images for that area.

Rather ironic that these more up-to-date images are available for the whole country, whereas dated maps on the same scale are not available for security reasons.
