Abandoned warehouse next to Rama XIII Bridge?

Man-about-town Chad Blair writes: There is one old abandonned warehouse next to Rama XIII Bridge on Thonburi side of the river. Which now seems to be under constructed to turn it to something like museum as I suspected. Do you have any info about this?

Presume one means Rama VIII bridge. The warehouse on the Thonburi, southern side I think was the old Bangyikhan Warehouse but as I have not been there for years I cannot recall!
