The worst accident would be 1979 accident at Talingchan
when commuter and cargo train collided - 54 dead ....
Another contender when 6 GEK locos have turned into the land torpidos ... heading to collide Hua lamphong in November 1986 ...

The Accidetns at Talignchan in 1979 is due to the FUBAH in the cargo schedue ... and those who hading traffic at Talingchan
... That cargo train was supposed to go out of Bangsue at Midningt but the delayes in the system checking as well as the careless handlign on the windpipe of brakign system forced the driver to drive withe train at 6 AM wihtout having ANY chance to SLEEP .... Then at Taling chan, the commuter train heading to Thonburi was stopping there .... The officers who handle the traffic of Talignchang DIDNOT know that the cargo train was heading to their station very fast ... so they just LET the cargo train rush into Talingchan without recognizing that the there was a commter train with hundreds of passengers in ther station ....
Once the driver could spot the commter train, they were tryign to STOP but the brake was jamming due to the chareless inspection .... The result -> 60 DEATHS, hudreds wounded .... SRT worker felt very TRAMATIZED ....
The Loco whcih handing the cargio train is GEK 4010
This is considred the HAUNTED Loco .,.. whcih thsoe who drive this loco require to perform EXOCISE every tiem they are going to use this loco .... because this LOC is one the 6 locos whcih become 6-pack missles colliding Hua Lamphong in 1986 ...
and the derail in the North ....
