Yesterdays' Nation spoke of the 1914 built ex-Russian Embassy as being 'Listed' as an Historical Site.

I was also told last night that the 1924 built Neilson-Hays Library is not listed a such!

Does anyone know the criteria for this or if there is a list that one can view of what is listed.

It is in the article about the new Infinity condominium in the Sathorn Square development by Golden Land.

It was the Property Supplement (bright white shiny pages) inside The Nation.
