What is the actual status of the Phuket and Chiang Mai LRTs, ie. when could they start construction in the best case? Any route maps or other data for the Phuket LRT?

Phuket getting a light rail? have they bought all their greedy tuktukdrivers out? never ever seen a plan on that, and it will take lightyears to come by!
CMX might be a wee bit earlier, but again they even withdrew the few citybuses they had, so slim chance

I was surprised to read about a Phuket LRT - however a tram system or something would certainly boost the idea's popularity.

Suspect, however, it is a dream like the Chiangmai rail network!
