No hunger in Burma?

So according to this Thailand has 19% of the population undernourished, while Burma has only 5%.... Is that the real situation??

Available info for ASEAN countries:
Thailand = 19%
Burma = 5%
Cambodia = 32%
Vietnam = 18%
Lao PDR = 22%
Malaysia = 2%
Indonesia = 5%
Philippines = 22%
