The first stage of Singapore's new Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kallang-Paya_Lebar_Expressway) ("KPE"), and the LTA is celebrating with a ludicrously over-flashy site:

Weirdest feature (if you can find it): a CD called "Sounds of the Underground" (all songs freely downloadable), advertised as "your lyrical guide to driving the KPE safely" and featuring execrable Singaporean artists singing songs like "Don't Overtake" and "Turn On Your Headlights". Sample lyrics:
