The Museum of Modern Art in NY is having an exhibition of tall buildings architecture. They also set up an excellent website which showcase all the major building projects that are on display:

I just got back from my overseas trip which include a week long stop in New York. I dropped by to see this tall building exhibition at MoMA (which is currently set up in Queens as they are renovating/rebuilding the old MoMA in midtown).

There are a couple of dozen architectural models on display, some are on loan from the architects office. The buildings are scaled from to 1:200 or 1:500. Being there you can get the feel of what these structures would look like in real life. :eek: There's also a book published by MoMA called "Tall Buildings" which can be purchased through MoMA website. It is well worth a read and full of beautiful illustrations of new building projects.
