Think I figured out why Thaksin was in Burma:

From the Post August 4 2001:

"...... a Burmese astrologer said before the election that Mr Thaksin would win the polls and become prime minister, only to lose office after five or six months."

Perhaps he went to get a reread and make sure the original one was'nt for 2006 ;)

Could you translate that? It goes something like this, right:

Itis 4 Billion baht Deal with IP Star and natyural Gas Concession so the Junta got hard currentcy to buy more tanks and Mig 29 to Biob Thai people :eek:

There is a rumour that the Great Leader would either give away or allow the legal settlement of Burmese poeple on the following land to Burmese Junta as the exchange for natural gas concession

1) Ranong
2) Kanchanaburi
3) Mahachai

Worse still,. the Butrmse Junta has asked AI Maew to STOP the construction of Ranong Port so Thailand CANNOT compete with Burma on the Port in Andaman Sea ... with the natural gas concession as a kickback :eek:


For the case of the deal with Hun Sen in Cambodia, the Great leader woudl give away the land for his own deal with Ai Sodej Hunsen

1) the SOuthern part of Koh Kood,
2) Klogn Luek
3) Ta Muan stone cantle
4) buriram and Surin
