Ever wonder how a storm gets its name?
Here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2005_Pacific_typhoon_season#2005_storm_names) is how they come up with names and a full list of 2005 storm names.

And if you ever wonder what those names actually mean, like Damrey (Cambodian for an elephant) and Longwang (Chinese for a dragon king), then go here (http://www.jma.go.jp/jma/jma-eng/jma-center/rsmc-hp-pub-eg/tyname.html#Column%20V).

I didn't know that the first 2005 Pacific typhoon was called Kulap (Thai for a rose) and the one before Vicente was called Khanun (Thai for a jackfruit).

The eleventh storm from Damrey would be called Prapiroon (Thai for God of rain). And the 25th one from Damrey would be called Durian! ;)
