Jerry writes: They have just extended the crane again on the north side of the southern river section. It looks as if it may now be tall enough to complete the tower. You can also see they are constructing a personnel carrier on the upper section on the left pillar.

Note this crane on the circular intersection. The three-way intersection will be suspended about 50 meters above the ground.
